Constitution amended as agreed at the 2026 AGM. Now incorporates amendments suggested by Bowls Surrey on behalf of Bowls England for national consistency.
All updates to the constitution are forwarded to Bowls Surrey, where they are vetted to national policy and forwarded to Bolws Engaland.
